Position Overview:

The Electrical Quality Control Engineer will implement and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. This role encompasses oversight of the commissioning team in production and ensuring adherence to quality standards for electrical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management**:**

• Implement and maintain the QMS to meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Serve as the main contact for management, managers, and employees on quality-related issues.
• Manage quality statistics, coordinate improvement measures, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Lead quality management reviews and manage customer complaints (internal and external).
• Execute audit programs, including internal and supplier audits.
• Manage quarantine and non-conformity products, ensuring they meet quality standards.

2. Electrical Inspections and Documentation:

• Verify that all electrical wiring is completed correctly and complies with standards.
• Inspect, test, and measure equipment and materials upon delivery to ensure they meet specifications.
• Review and manage quality control records and documentation.
• Report inspection results accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update all quality documentation (SOPs, WIs, forms, checklists, etc.)

3. Compliance and Safety**:**

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Work in adherence to external and internal regulations regarding worker safety, technical and mechanical procedures, and facility protocols.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Thorough knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practices.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering documents (schematics, wiring diagrams, piping diagrams, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in English (required).
• Lead Auditor certification (considered a plus).
