Paralegal

Salary: P70,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST )

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal professional in US-based corporate law firms
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Offer Applications
• Familiarity with practice management software, such as MyCase
• Personal or professional experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in formatting legal documents and emails
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies quickly

Nice to Have:

• JD is preferred
• High proficiency in project management tools (big bonus for Notion.so and/or Notion AI)
• Experience with legal research platforms, particularly LexisNexis & its AI feature set
• High proficiency in Microsoft Work (preferably Mac-based)

• Perform comprehensive paralegal duties, including legal research, drafting documents, and managing client communications
• Coordinate and oversee multiple cases efficiently, ensuring smooth progression and timely completion
• Utilize advanced legal technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Assist in project planning, corporate structure planning, and contract drafting
• Manage billing and administrative tasks efficiently using our tech stack
• Engage in critical thinking to develop creative solutions for complex legal issues
• Coordinate with clients, maintaining clear and professional communication
• Openness to other task the management may request.
