Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business and data flow processes to support the implementation of the Data Store/Data Transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with multiple IT departments on the interpretation of insurance data and reporting requirements.
  • Act as liaison between the Statistical Reporting unit and different IT groups in effort to ensure timely and consistent messaging of data store developments.
  • Lead coordination efforts to further advance various Statistical Reporting initiatives, partnering with IT stakeholders with goal to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Key Competencies:

  • Must have a strong knowledge of commercial and specialty insurance lines of business including Commercial Automobile, Property, General Liability, Cyber, Crime, Inland Marine, Workers Compensation.
  • Familiarity with ISO reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • A minimum of at least four years of experience in all aspects of a Statistical Reporting unit.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical plans and insurance premium and claims data.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$100,000 - $140,000/year

  • Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above range may be modified in the future
