The Position

The role of the Business Solution Analyst is to work with our business groups to oversee and perform all analytical and conceptual activities to an accountable solution portfolio in direct partnership with internal business customers, mainly in the Commercial and Logistics & Distribution departments. The individual will also take an active part in the solution's lifecycle management (mainly SAP SD and SAP Hybris Commerce). The prime focus is to make sure that the solution is chosen to fulfill known and understood business requirements, fitting into the IT roadmap definitions and continuously providing business value over its lifecycle. We are essentially looking for individuals who have a strategic, customer-centric, team-oriented, business improvement, and analytic mindset.

You will be:

  • Works hand-in-hand with the Solution Architect O2C to ensure consistency of SAP SD and SAP Hybris Commerce solution within and across ERP teams and continuously drives for re-usability, simplicity and standardization.
  • The successful individual would primarily interact within project teams and across IT groups, as applicable. Interact directly with customers (mainly Commercial, Logistics & Distribution teams) and vendors on small to medium engagements.
  • He/she would work toward consistency within and across groups and drive for reuse, simplicity and standardization.
  • Develops and maintains roadmaps that are aligned with the business strategies and take into consideration the technology trends.
  • Drives implementation and provides technical and business leadership where/when needed to achieve the vision and results of the roadmap.
  • Expertise in the Sales and Distribution SAP module (SAP SD) and SAP Hybris Commerce.

Who you are:

  • At least 5-7 years of relevant functional experience with project implementation and support experience in both SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP Hybris Commerce (B2B).
  • Preferably someone with functional experience in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA.Knowledge and good understanding of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, and support applications.Experience in various SAP implementation and enhancement projects: leading analysis, design, build and unit testing of solutions, serving as a subject matter expert in SAP SD and an IT business partner to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Individuals who have a strategic, customer-centric, team-oriented, business improvement, and analytics mindset.Results oriented individual – able to prioritize, problem solve, self-organise his/her work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP SD processes and its integration to other SAP functional modules such as MM, PP, QM, FI,CO modules from a business context.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with different types of EDI interfaces (e.g. iDoc, RFC, BAPI, SOAP Webservices, REST API etc.) between SD modules and different external systems (i.e. CRM such as SalesForce, Hybris, Reporting tools etc.), SD enhancements (Function Modules, User Exits, Screen Exits, BADI implementation etc,) SAP Workflows etc and ability to translate articulate in business context.
  • Knowledge of functional modules and its relevance with other technical modules such as ABAP, Security and Authorization (S&A), Basis etc.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in SAP SD and LE configuration. Additional functional module experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with IT Run & Maintain tools such as ServiceNow, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, SAP Solution Manager etc.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business consultancy skills and mindset . Knowledge and experience in ITIL processes is not mandatory but preferred. Certification in ITIL would be a plus. Certification in Hybris Commerce (B2B) is a plus. Project management skills are not mandatory, but would be a plus. Experience in the Pharma or Life Science industry is a plus.
