Summary of Role:

As a Principal Analyst Payroll, you will be part of a Payroll Team processing payroll for Hourly and Salary employees timely, accurately, and efficiently. You will be responsible for other post payroll and non-payroll activities during the month, quarter and at year end.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments on a biweekly basis.

• Provides excellent customer service support to both internal and external customers in a timely manner.

• Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

• Monitors and ensures proper documentation of all employee payments.

• Work and collaborate with peers to gain support on projects and/or assignments as necessary

• Prepare and/or maintain Standard Operation Procedures.

• Initiate and execute process improvements.

• Assist with internal and external audits.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organizational structure

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices

• Minimum 3+ Years in Payroll/Accounting field.

• Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ADP Vantage and/ or Workday a plus.
• Strong planning & organizational skills.
• CPP or FCP certification a plus.

Expected Salary Range

$65,000.00 - $117,500.00
