To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to hire Systems Analyst - IT who is based out of in Coimbatore location.

Reporting to Manager & the role involves,

What a typical day looks like:

• Should be eager to learn new things and support around 20 apps.
• Should be enthusiastically work on SNC incidents in ServiceNow and help the users on their issues.
• Once the training is completed, he should be able to do detailed and deep analysis of issues the users are facing, interact with the solutions counterparts on fixing the same.
• Should take responsibility of critical issues and interact regularly with stakeholders for getting it resolved. Identify bugs and areas of improvements and coordinate on getting them addressed.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Any graduate with Min 2-4Yrs of experience in IT.
• Should be able to write complex sql queries to do a data play.
• Should have a basic knowledge of Java as most of our apps are Java based.
• Finance & accountancy knowledge and experience in supporting finance apps will have added advantage.
• Rotational shifts - 7am-4pm, 2pm-11pm & Night shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
