Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for turning numbers into insights that drive business decisions? Do you enjoy working with Excel and have experience in pricing, profitability analysis, and customer behavior? We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Commerce team, focusing on the Datacenter Proxies and Residential Proxies products. In this role, you’ll play a key part in defining pricing strategies, analyzing product usage, and supporting the growth of our proxies product group.
Your day-to-day:
- Define and manage product pricing strategies for individual customers, and set public/internal pricing for the Proxies product group (Datacenter and Residential Proxies).
- Conduct in-depth customer analysis to understand usage patterns, preferences, and behaviors to optimize pricing models.
- Perform profitability analysis to evaluate the financial performance of products and customers, ensuring the right balance between revenue and cost.
- Analyze product usage patterns to identify trends and provide recommendations on future product improvements or adjustments.
- Generate insights and recommend next steps to support strategic decision-making for the Proxies product group.
- Support customer-facing teams by delivering data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and client offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, and sales, to ensure pricing strategies and recommendations align with business goals.
- Support Proxies Product Group colleagues in product management activities such as releases of new products, competitor analysis etc.
Your skills & experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally with some focus on pricing, customer analysis, or profitability.
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) are essential.
- Experience or familiarity with SQL is a big advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver actionable insights based on data that directly impact business strategy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
