We invite an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our close-knit, feature-oriented team that develops innovative fintech products for a top payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. You'll analyze business systems and processes, cooperate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, keep communication smooth between business and tech teams, and suggest ways to improve workflows to boost team performance and client success.

✅ Is that you?

• 4+ years of BA experience, with solid skills in BA methodology and tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of stakeholder roles and effective stakeholder management
• Experience with complex business process mapping and automating workflows
• Proficiency in backlog management and value-based prioritization
• Customer-centric approach to gathering requirements; ability to effectively elicit and document complex requirements with lots of dependencies
• Good grasp of Scrum methodology
• Experience writing Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience with release management
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for managing tasks
• Fintech domain experience and payment systems knowledge

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic development team working on a live product. You will leverage your expertise to support the team’s efforts in updating and optimizing features to deliver the best value for the client and end users.

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements by identifying and engaging with relevant stakeholders
• Own and manage product backlog for the team and prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborate with the engineering teams and business stakeholders to write Epics, Features, and User Stories
• Facilitate PI planning events for the team to ensure smooth planning, alignment, and coordination
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure visibility into product progress and status
