The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms for which we are looking for Data Scientists with the capability to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects. Role: Instructional Designer

Job Description: The Instructional Designer is responsible for performing the analysis, planning, design, development and implementation of all Fractal EdTech learning initiatives in alignment with strategic and operational goals. The Instructional Designer will participate to create innovative learning solutions using sound instructional design methodologies, current technologies and effective project management to meet organizational product development goals

Job Responsibilities:

• Use your experience in contemporary methods of adult learning theory, social and mobile learning, and curriculum design to build and improve e-learning, instructor-led, and blended approach education
• Coordinate instructional design projects from inception to completion
• Apply knowledge of instructional design theory to design course content, working with subject matter experts, content developers, and media team
• Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, course content, audience location, point within the learning process, Designing is created for traditional classroom, online classroom, self-paced online modules or a blend of approaches
• Identify ways to grow the organization’s learning presence
• Participate in the presales process by helping to develop client proposals and presentations for new and existing clients
• Foster positive interdepartmental relationships while collaborating with different teams at Fractal
• Exhibit a product development mindset by creating efficiencies and building scalability across products
• Modify existing processes and create new wherever required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or Communications
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in online curriculum development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with a Rapid Authoring Tools like Articulate
