Quality Engineer

• Analyzes internal defective parts and update the failure catalogue based on findings;
• Propose/request modification of the failure catalog;
• Prepares documentation for internal and external complaints;
• Coordinates, follows-up and check the line release documents;
• Collect and monitor the corrective actions following the analysis of failed or scrap parts;
• Fills in the standardized documents for quality topics within the production department with the required information;
• Complete reports of daily / weekly / monthly quality reports;
• Responsible to manage the quarantine area, block, store, scrap and release parts according to corresponding documents;
• Coordinates system audits (product and process) in the department;
• Is responsible to maintain and improve the content of the standards of visual inspection performed manually;
• Draws up documents for internal and external complaints;
