Senior Azure Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions integrating SAP systems using various SAP connectors (e.g., SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP ECC).
• Design and implement data warehousing solutions on Azure, leveraging services like Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Integrate MYOB accounting software with Azure-based systems to streamline financial data processing and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure services and data pipelines.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience and proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with SAP connectors and integration scenarios, including SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, and SAP ECC
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing and implementing data warehouses on Azure.
• Familiarity with MYOB and its integration with other systems.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer).
• Experience with other cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
• Understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.
