About You

We’re seeking a resulted-focused, innovative, self-driven and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as Operations Manager. Based out of our Halfmoon, New York State Location, you will be expected to direct an innovative, customer-centric, profitable, efficient conformal coatings team through visionary leadership, excellent client relationships management, planning and coordinating production and resource schedules.

You will:

• Optimize company health, growth, profitability, and excellence by coordinating business operations to best serve client needs while maintaining full control over costs and variable production flows
• Establish and manage extraordinary standards of customer service by leading a responsive production team that interfaces with external stakeholders comfortably
• Develop responsive, high-performing production teams by exercising strong leadership skills to acquire, train, coach, cultivate, and develop dynamic, engaged, technically proficient employees
• Maintain a companywide enthusiasm for continuous improvement efficiencies by engaging employees who will isolate, recognize and develop processes that lead to optimal commercial outcomes
• Manage and maintain the long-term financial stability of the company by completing and analyzing sales reports, by creating budgets, and by managing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
• Rigorously enforce protocols pertaining to ITAR and ISO9001, and ensure nonconformance reports and corrective actions are efficiently investigated and executed

Requirements

You should have:

• BS/BA degree or higher in a field related to business administration
• 7+ years of experience overseeing a production unit
• 3+ years of experience with conformal coatings preferred
• Excellent knowledge and experience working with ERPs; JD Edwards Enterprise-1 preferred
• Strong organizational skills, including planning, delegating, and prioritizing business activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Managerial experience of International Traffic of Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Salary Range: $102,000 - $156,000 per year.

Our company takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of our company's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range.
