AI Engineer

In this role, you will:

* Enhance our AI powered context mining and structuring process by building AI data transformation pipelines.

* Enhance our retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, ensuring we can effectively integrate and contextualize diverse data sources.

About you

You are an experienced AI Engineer who is excited to join a small team of seasoned entrepreneurs and technologists tackling what we see as one of society’s most pressing problem: making time matter in a world that hijacks our attention.

As the foundational hire for our AI practice, you must have experience building AI data transformation pipelines. Experience working on enterprise SaaS products using a modern development stack is a great asset to have.

* Build out our ability for configurable pipelines that utilize multiple different and combinations of techniques.

* Build efficient and capable AI sub-processes that scale with large volumes of data.

* Explore new AI technologies and find ways to incorporate it into the product.

* Build the foundation of our AI Engineering practice, lead the ideation, creation, and implementation of our AI roadmap.

* Report to our CTO - Clint Robinson. Clint has 20 years of experience building technology products. He was founder, CEO and CTO of an enterprise SaaS company which was acquired for $200 million after 3 years.

Qualifications & skills:

* 5 years experience building enterprise solutions, at least 2 years implementing AI.

* An incredibly strong AI expert with a track record of contributions to AI solutions.

* Experience with building teams, directing the work of engineers, and also contributing.

* Experience with Large Language Models or other generative AI models.

* Strong experience in modern full stack development. TypeScript/React, Python, NodeJS.

* Strong experience with the latest AI stack and tools.

In your first 3 months at Parable, you will…

* Get deep with our design partners, working with our Data Eng and ML Eng to deliver an iterative prototype

* Help create swarms of Agents that will use AI pipelines (including LLM APIs, neural nets, etc). to integrate and synthesize customer data.

* Write code in TypeScript and/or Python.

* Experiment rapidly to deliver learnings and results in the first month.
