LTQR Engineer – Join Our Quality Team! 🚀

Your Mission:

We are seeking a Life Time Quality Records (LTQR) Engineer to be a part of our dynamic team for a Major Client Project. Reporting directly to the LTQR Lead and ultimately to the Quality Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and managing the LTQR process and ensuring accurate records are collated for the project. 📋✨

Your Key Responsibilities:

• 📑 Guide LTQR Strategy & Process – Be the go-to expert for the LTQR procedure and strategy for the project.
• 🤝 Vendor & Subcontractor Support – Assist vendors and subcontractors with LTQR handover requirements.
• 🗂️ Manage Document Systems – Oversee both electronic and hard copy document management systems to keep everything in order.
• ✅ Ensure Compliance – Review all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure they meet project requirements.
• 📄 Create & Manage Templates – Design document templates and manage their distribution across the project.
• 📊 Data Reporting – Prepare reports on document status for the Senior Leadership Team.
• 🎓 LTQR Training – Provide training on LTQR processes and procedures to the project team as needed.

What You’ll Deliver:

• 🛠️ LTQR Handover Packs & Health and Safety File – Compile and manage the production of these critical documents.
• 💬 Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Quality Department and Senior Project Managers to ensure LTQRs are submitted for work packages in line with contract requirements.
• 🔍 Ensure Accuracy – Review LTQRs to ensure they are accurate and meet the necessary standards.
• 📘 Knowledge of Standards – Be familiar with the Scope of Work, Contract Specifications, Nuclear/CIP Standards, and project procedures.
• 🤝 Client Coordination – Work with various project personnel and the client to establish LTQR procedures and systems.
• 🎓 Train Future Staff – Provide training on LTQR procedures and database management to future project team members.

Requirements

Your Profile:

Essential Qualifications:

• 🎓 General High School Education
• 💻 Strong IT skills, experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• 🗣️ Excellent communication and report writing skills
• 🖥️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management

Preferred Qualifications:

• 📚 ONC/HNC/HND or related professional experience
• 🎓 Training toward professional registration (e.g., CQI)
• ✅ IOSH Managing Safely certification
• 🛡️ CCNSG Safety Passport

Experience:

• 📂 3+ years with EDMS and LTQR record management
• 🏗️ Experience in large-scale projects within nuclear or regulated sectors
• 🤝 Familiar with Joint Venture/Alliance environments
