Position Overview

  • Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer acquisition strategies and ensuring the long-term success of our organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis:

  • Utilize various data sources to analyse customer behaviour, transactional data, and other relevant metrics.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to uncover insights into customer retention and attrition.

  • Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor key acquisition & retention metrics.

  • Visualize data effectively to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Customer Segmentation:

  • Segment customers based on their behaviour, preferences, and demographics to tailor retention strategies.

  • Collaborate with analytics and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and offers.

  • Predictive Modelling:

  • Build predictive models to forecast customer retention and attrition rates.

  • Use predictive analytics to identify at-risk customers and recommend proactive measures.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Retention Team, Customer Support and Product Development teams to align strategies and goals.

  • Collaborate on the development of acquisition & retention initiatives and campaigns.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in customer acquisition & retention.

  • Continuously improve analytical processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of acquisition & retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on customer retention.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and predictive modelling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
