JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Set the priorities of the team according to the company and department goals
• Report generation as required and presentation of reports, problem analysis, etc.
• Regular meeting with internal/external cross functional team, suppliers and vendors
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and on budget
• Monitoring, Improving, Meeting/Exceeding targets [Yield, O/S, Yield Gap, Site-to-Site Gap, LRR and CI]
• Managing projects (MP, NPI, CIP, Process Controls) for Cost Savings, Reduction and Avoidance
• Actively pursue Quality Improvements (CAR reduction, drive for 8D corrective action, Audits)
• Fostering relationships within the team, suppliers, hardware vendors and the cross functional department team
• Proactively Work closely in collaboration with Suppliers in production operation and execution activities
• Assisting and provide guidance to suppliers and colleagues in accomplishing assigned tasks and projects.
• Lead a team of OSAT Test Support Engineers
• Delegating, Coaching and mentoring Junior Engineers and Suppliers engineer
• Define the team training needs for personal and professional development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering and Computer science Discipline
• Test Operations / Test Engineering / Subcontracting
• People management in highly dynamic business environment
• Relevant Test Equipment
• Relevant International Quality and Operational Standards (IATF, ISO, etc.)
• Project Management / Critical Thinking / Problem Solving [G8D, Quality Core Tools, etc.)
