What you can expect

As the Sr. Manager Product Design, you will be managing the team of designers responsible for Zoom Webinars, Events, and and our growing ecosystem of products. With empathy and curiosity, you and your team will design the future of virtual and hybrid events and shape the way millions of people communicate. You will also lead design practices to inform and define strategy by partnering closely with leaders in design, product, engineering, and AI.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will report directly to Zoom's Chief Design Officer.

About the Team

Zoom products are used by millions of people worldwide. Zoom Meetings is our flagship product, supporting hundreds of millions of calls each day. Zoom Rooms is our industry-leading offering for conference rooms and workspaces, bringing the innovation of Zoom to all of the physical spaces where people work.

What we’re looking for

• Experience leading and managing a team of designers working on complex digital products, in large, cross-functional teams
• Experience both leading designers and being hands-on with design work
• Deliver high quality products and experiences at scale
• Experience in interaction design and methodologies for desktop, mobile, and other devices
• Champion data-driven decision-making and product led growth initiatives
• Experience working on Enterprise SAAS products or complex systems (e.g. Software Tools, Video editing, Immersive computing, OS/Firmware, etc.)
• Experience with Figma (our primary tool)
• Champion of AI and has a passion in this space

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$140,400.00

Maximum:

$324,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
