Responsibilities
- To analyze and manage faults and complaints support EDS services / corporate customer.
- Summarize the daily report for improve / solve the customer complaint
- Be a project member to develop the automation tools support the future direction
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT , Computer Engineering
- 0-3 years working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have programming skill such as python, Java, or low code will be an advantage
- Able to working in shift (day)*
