Our Enterprise Capacity Planning teams are a key advantage for the company. They help our customer-facing teams make it easier for customers to do business with us. As a Sr. Enterprise Capacity Planning Analyst, you'll monitor the customer experience and deliver actionable insights.

How will you make an impact:

This position will develop analytical products across Commercial Operations and Enterprise Capacity Planning with workloads in both Instrument and Enterprise Services and Global Service and Support divisions.

• Apply data-driven insights to reduce costs, minimize waste, and streamline sales and servicing.
• Develop data insights sharing tools and views using PowerBI and Power Query.
• Work with corporate partners to develop data, dashboards, and processes for educated decision-making.
• Standardize worldwide data reporting processes.
• Build and maintain good communication and connections with teams throughout global commercial operations.
• Build executive reports with results and recommendations.
• Keep informed of data analytics, coding, AI, and visualization developments and advances.

Enterprise Capacity Planning:

• Interpreting and analyzing Workforce Management data to make recommendations for process and staffing improvements.
• Expertise in Genesys Cloud, Genesys Cloud Workforce Engagement Management, Verint, Genesys Engage, Genesys Engage WFM, and data lake (EDP) data, analysis, visualization, and action required.

Commercial Operations

The role encompasses the management of the Quote-to-Cash cycle and the implementation of solutions internationally. It entails acquiring insights to drive process enhancements and implement corrective actions. A detailed comprehension of the Order Management lifecycle is vital, along with the ability to develop evaluation methods to assess performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Essential qualifications for this role include knowledge and experience with SAP, CPQ, SFDC, advanced Excel, SQL query construction and maintenance, Genesys Cloud, Verint, generative AI, and data lakes (EDP). Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, and Power BI is also required. The role involves delivering data-driven insights and solutions to generate cost savings, reduce waste, and shorten lead times for product delivery and revenue generation. Additionally, it includes standardizing global reporting and establishing effective communication and relationships with global IES and GSS teams to support informed decision-making.

How will you get here:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, mathematics, artificial intelligence, or computer science is preferred. Additionally, equivalent experience or an advanced degree is advantageous. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of relevant work experience and have the ability to travel 10-20%, including international travel.
