Job Summary: The Content & Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible developing a multichannel content strategy, creating or sourcing content, collaborating cross-functionally to distribute content across channels, supporting digital marketing and other key initiatives and analyzing the impact of their work.

Tr a v e l: While primarily a remote position, employee is required to attend monthly in office cadence (up to two times per month). From time to time, additional in-person team meetings may be required as well.

Essential Functions:

  • Own the development and ongoing management of content calendar aligned with Schweiger Dermatology Group strategic priorities, relevant trending topics, channel/platform best practices and more.
  • Manage the creation or sourcing of content in different formats (e.g., blog posts, video, visual assets).
  • Oversee and edit others’ writing focusing on things including grammar, clarity, creativity and adherence to brand and other guidelines.
  • Manage ongoing partnership with channel owners to identify content needs and ensure distribution across multiple channels in a coordinated way.
  • Monitor how other organizations (within and beyond the industry) leverage content; use learnings to identify and implement best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Manage various aspects of digital marketing which includes, but is not limited to search engine optimization, paid search and targeted/paid social. This involves collaborating with an external agency and owning key deliverables, channels and projects.
  • Collaborate with email marketing colleagues to develop a robust testing plan, analyze results and make recommendations based on the learnings.
  • Own key deliverables within multi-channel marketing strategies that support our expansion into specialties beyond dermatology (e.g., allergy)
  • Take ownership of additional responsibilities and projects based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, marketing, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, email marketing and/or other growth-focused marketing.
  • Experience analyzing marketing initiatives and leveraging insights to inform future plans.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; able to write compelling copy tailored to different channels and edit others’ writing focusing on things including grammar, clarity and creativity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external partners including providers, office staff, central support teams and agencies.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Enthusiastic about taking on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

Salary Pay Range

$65,000—$70,000 USD
