  • Recommend, schedule, and perform development and deployments, including improvements and upgrades, using scripting and automation wherever possible.
  • Work to established data and architectural principles and high-level designs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the processes and technologies employed so that you are able to perform the role of technical authority.
  • Consistently design processes and develop solutions according to specifications and best practice.
  • Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of data management best practices, to include cloud technologies.
  • Monitor and test system performance and provide statistics and reports.

  • Attend training seminars, conferences and trade shows to broaden knowledge of relevant subject matters and technologies.
  • Author and update user manuals, guides and other appropriate support and maintenance documentation.
  • Provide timely third-line response to escalations from the Service Delivery team, performing onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex problems.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with network, infrastructure, security and system administration functions in response to incidents, problems and change.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant development qualifications and training, especially in data management ETL processes and the Microsoft Azure stack
