Role Description:

Location - Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad - Hybrid

Technical Requirement:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer with hands-on expertise in Gatling tool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for core banking applications. A deep understanding of banking operations is essential to provide detailed insights based on performance reports and ensure optimal system performance.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct performance testing using Gatling tool on core banking applications.
• Develop and configure new performance testing scenarios to meet testing objectives.
• Script creation and execution using Gatling tool for performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of performance testing reports and provide actionable insights.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of banking applications.
• Document and report performance testing results to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on performance testing tools and industry best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing with at least 2 years of experience in using Gatling.
• Hands-on experience in developing scripts and configuring test scenarios using Gatling. -write automation test cases for Finacle API using a java based framework already developed. Carry out performance testing using Gatling and java based framework.
• Solid understanding of core banking applications and banking operations.
• Proficiency in performance testing concepts such as load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and capacity planning.
• Experience in analyzing performance test reports and making recommendations for improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with other performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
