Our client is a completely independent property acquisition and advisory company servicing buyers, investors, developers, and tenants. They specifically act in the Commercial Industrial, Retail, and Development Site Sectors across Australia.
They are now looking to hire a Property Advisory Coordinator as an addition to their growing team.
🔍 Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Director of Property.
- Manage all activities related to identifying, assessing, contracting, and acquiring non-residential properties.
- Oversee documentation for projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct due diligence investigations for property acquisitions, requiring a solid understanding of various commercial real estate asset classes and financial analysis.
- Perform thorough market research in the industrial, commercial, and bulky goods retail sectors for new acquisitions and existing assets.
- Liaise with clients via email to schedule appointments and inspections.
- Execute monthly social media marketing initiatives.
- Enhance company templates and reporting systems using Excel and Word.
- Identify and analyze new property investment acquisition opportunities.
- Collect and analyze relevant data from reliable sources for capital cities and buying regions on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Maintain organized data in workbooks and create graphs with consistent titles and layouts.
📊 Accountability: Report Preparation
- Produce 1-2 reports per month, including layout formulation and grading indicators.
- Allocate the market position on the property clock for each city and region.
- Write commentary and executive summaries for national and capital city reports (to be signed off by the Director).
- Compile key statistics for ‘Overview’ and “At a Glance’ pages.
- Liaise with designers for report completion and proofreading.
- Coordinate release dates with accompanying videos when possible.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience working in an Australian Real Estate Industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and property market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and valuations.
- Proficient in Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
- Experience in conducting market research and due diligence.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to opportunities.
- Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
