Job Description

Daily Sales Support on Orders

•Support customer quote & inquiry

•Coordinate for sales order related application, eg: order cancellation, goods return, credit request

•Support special request, eg: sample, consumption, compensation.

•Follow up with sales on overdue AR and BDR to ensure customer on time payment collection

•Other sales order support if needed

Customer Maintenance Support

•New customer application in system

•Dealer DD and authorization application support

•Customer pricing quote maintenance

Non-standard Contact Approval Coordination

•Validate approvals and supporting documents for contract

•Manage on-line contract approval application and follow up on chop

•Other Support Jobs

•Manage calls from AA Hotline

•Support sales on commercial documents chop

•Support COE project or process optimization activities if needed
