Low-Code Developer Intern

• Proceed analysis to identify opportunities for digital automation.
• Drive automation initiatives through presentations, workshops and/or roadshows.
• Develop and deploy Power Platform-based solutions based on swim-lane diagrams, user stories, wireframes, and other requirements-specification artifacts.
• In-house development of bots for operational usage.
• Build canvas apps and leverage Power Automate to create business process flows to automate existing and new processes and integrate with SharePoint Lists and other data repositories.
• Design, build, and deploy automations and orchestrations using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages) from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
• End user’s IT Incident & Service Request ticket support via IT ticketing system including computer installation, computer software / hardware issue support.
• Additionally:
• Daily perform inventory management of IT equipment.
• Logistics support for IT Dept.
• Purchasing of IT equipment.

Administration assistant for IT team.

Requirements

• Current Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
• Knowledge of VBA/C#/C++/Python/.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps or similar low-code development tools.
• Interest in technology and process improvement.
• A desire to learn new skills, including self-study if needed.
• Quick learning and solid problem solving, strong design, coding, and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with IT support processes and customer service principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred. Training is provided for all assigned tasks.
• Reliable, pro-active, high-disciplined, patient and organized.

Proficiency in English & Vietnamese.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year students with Interest in Full Stack/Application Development, Information Security, Business Intelligence, Systems Analyst, Data analysis, Information Technology, or related field of study.
• Willing to work full-time during 6-month internship period.
• Knowledge of design and developing custom business apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model Driven Apps, Portals).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with coding and/or using REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Microsoft certifications: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), Power Platform Developer (PL-400), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).
• Ability in implementing Power Automate Flows (Automated, Instant, Business Process Flow and UI Flows).

Knowledge of Power Apps component framework and basic knowledge of power platform.
