Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy new backend services that support features for web.
• Write clean, maintainable, and performant code based on industry best practices and team conventions.
• Build robust, high-quality REST API endpoints, backend components and GraphQL schema to support feature development.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
• Actively engage in code reviews by providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Mandatory requirements:

• 3+ years of supporting backend/full stack experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a web engineer.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Strong experience with API development.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Go.
• Expertise with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with NextJS.
• Experience with GraphQL (client- and server-side).
• Experience with design systems and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with leading technical projects (scoping and breaking down work, leading and assisting other engineers, coordinating test plans with QA) a plus.
• Ability to work independently, proactively communicate progress & blockers, and iterate work as needed.

Optional requirements:

• As secondary requirement: Expertise in React, HTML, CSS, and TypeScriptю
• Node.js experience.
• Experience with leading technical projects (scoping and breaking down work, leading and assisting other engineers, coordinating test plans with QA) a plus.
