Global Billing & Revenue Operations Analyst

We are expanding our Global Billing & Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) team and looking for an Analyst to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The team provides global support to cross-functional teams, and you will work with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a seamless experience while maintaining accuracy in billing and accounts receivable transactions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of our Finance organization.

The Global Billing & Rev Ops team supports Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Legal teams by reviewing contracts and approving financial, billing, payment, and tax terms. The team also manages billing operations, the A/R portfolio, and cash applications.

As a Global Billing & Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:

• Process system transactions such as service activations, cash applications, cancellations, and other requests.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the accounts receivable portfolio by resolving disputes and collecting past-due receivables.
• Handle customer inquiries and billing disputes with strong business writing and customer service skills.
• Balance the company's interests with delivering excellent customer service.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve invoice disputes and exceptions.
• Support financial goals by assisting with procedures that enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Help optimize billing processes for international markets and assist with special projects.

You’re a good fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA or a Master's in Finance preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in billing operations and accounts receivable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility with working hours due to the global nature of the role.

This role will be based at our Bengaluru office and follows a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
