Business Analyst

What you will do:

• Prepare analysis and insights (financial and non-financial) reports about new growth initiatives, marketing trends, and competitor intelligence.
• Collaborate with Business intelligence and Data, Finance & Accounting, Product Managers, etc., to monitor company performance metrics and share outlook with senior management.
• Identify and help drive data reconciliation with relevant stakeholders and the business intelligence team to ensure a single source of truth for all parties.
• Identify automation opportunity as part of solutioning to simplify and optimize business processes / data flows.

What you will need:

• Min. 5 years of experience in e-commerce or technology company operations.
• Background in business analysis and strategy, with hands-on experience with SQL, spreadsheet, and dashboarding experience with BI or Dataviz tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Domo etc.).
• Possesses clear strategic thinking and logical reasoning abilities, capable of effective planning, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Evidence of experience with gathering and analyzing technical and non-technical information, documenting processes and solutions to solve specific problems or meet business/systems outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills, adaptable, quick learner, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
