What You’ll Do

• Support change management planning and execution adhering to governance standards ensuring transparency around progress status; support change and risk initiatives; Collaborate with other departments as required to execute on timelines to meet the strategic goals
• As required, participate in Working Group achieve the right level of decision making and progress/ transparency, establishing strong partnership and collaborative relationships with stakeholder groups to remove constraints to success and carry forward to future projects
• As required, developing and documenting operating constraints flow, operating procedures, problem resolution, including liaising with end-users/technology partners and performing analysis of constraints to operations productivity
• As part of the larger team, accountable for the delivery and adoption of the global change portfolio including by not limited to requirements, business case, training, documentation, testing, hyper care, measurements of adoption success measures and continuous improvement and production support management

Skills You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree
• Overall experience of at least moderate years of supporting change programs/projects and transformation initiatives in a highly matrixed environment
• Technical understanding to resolve production constraints and experience supporting technology releases, incident management, etc

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Experience working in agile project delivery environment is beneficial
• Knowledge of client lifecycle processes, procedures and experience with KYC data structures / data flows is preferred
• Banking/Finance regulated industry experience, of which at least 2 years should be in the Change Transformation space or associated with change/transformation initiatives a plus

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $48,000 to $68,800. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
