Lead the design and development of the virtual assistant's conversation flows

-Leverage your understanding of conversation design principles to craft engaging and user-friendly interactions.
-Utilize generative AI capabilities to enhance the assistant's understanding of user queries and responses, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
-Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure the assistant delivers accurate and informative responses.

Train the AI model for optimal performance

-Oversee the training and refinement of the AI model using cutting-edge generative AI techniques.
-Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments, ensuring continuous learning and growth.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in generative AI and apply those learnings to push the capabilities of the virtual assistant further.

Champion user experience (UX) excellence

-Partner with the digital experience design team to create seamless and intuitive interactions for users, ensuring a delightful experience at every touchpoint.
-Analyze user data and feedback to continuously identify and optimize the overall user experience for maximum satisfaction.
-Ensure the virtual assistant aligns seamlessly with our company's brand and messaging, becoming a true extension of our values.

Foster collaboration and innovation

-Lead the AI trainer community, fostering knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts to continuously improve the virtual assistant.
-Develop and implement best practices for AI training and conversation design within the team, creating a culture of learning and innovation.
-Advocate for data-driven decision making and utilize data analysis to guide ongoing improvements, ensuring the virtual assistant evolves strategically.

Ensure responsible AI development

-Implement robust governance frameworks to guarantee the virtual assistant operates ethically and responsibly.
-Ensure the assistant complies with relevant data privacy regulations and user expectations, building trust and transparency.

Functional and Technical Competencies

•Proficiency in language and communication is crucial
•Strong understanding of generative AI principles and its application in conversation design.
• Experience with NLP and machine learning concepts, including data analysis and model training.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Passion for user experience and a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experiences (and any other requirements)

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Computer Science preferred but not required); or equivalent experience required
• Hands-on experience in architecting and building AI-powered chatbots and knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)desirable
• Ability to lead a challenging change process, engaging contributors at all levels
• Communication skills: convincing, clear presentation and reporting style
• Team player as participant in various projects, service minded: advisory, supporting, creative and open minded
• Able to succeed in complex negotiations with internal and external parties – consensus builder
• The ability to document clearly and concisely outputs from workshops and consultations
• An understanding of multi-cultural differences
• Willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of change management methodology
