Accountabilities:
As a Senior Analyst - Veeva CRM Specialist, you will lead or support the implementation of Veeva CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into Veeva CRM functionalities. You will also provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption of Veeva CRM solutions. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience working with Veeva CRM implementation and configuration, preferably in the life sciences industry.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of life sciences business processes, including sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective Veeva CRM solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Veeva CRM certification is highly desirable.

- Good knowledge of Veeva Release Management and best practices.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experienced with the global service delivery model in project roll outs.
