Chief Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Process Engineering and design, Process configuration and optimization studies
• Perform Process simulations, prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balance and Utility Balances
• Prepare Piping and Instrumentation diagrams
• Prepare Process equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets
• Perform relief and blowdown studies, relief load scenario analysis and flare network calculations
• Perform Process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics
• Prepare Process design philosophies, operating guides
• Participate in Process Workshops such as PHA/HAZOP and others and effectively lead the technical discussions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Possess at least 22 years of experience
• Worked on Concept studies, FEED and detailed design projects
• Should have good experience on Offshore Oil & Gas projects
• Experience leading process teams on hydrocarbon projects
• Understanding of process design, heat and material balance, and P&IDs
• Knowledge of international codes and standards, software and tools
• Preference given to candidates with Lead Engineer/Advisory experience on at least two projects
• Experience participating in and leading technical discussions in Process Workshops such as PHA/HAZOP and others
