Engineering Lab/Full Stack Developer

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Engineering Lab/Full Stack Developer to join our team in supporting a large US Government program within the Belcamp, MD region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operations and Maintenance Tier II Support for IT Infrastructure across multiple networks and security domains
• Working knowledge of a Microsoft based IT Enterprise infrastructure and associated network hardware and software
• Security/Information Assurance response to potential Vulnerabilities related to IAVAs and OPDIRs
• Brief leadership on the health of systems, individual and/or enterprise
• Providing user support and guidance
• Recommending and implementing upgrades, patches, new applications, and new equipment
• Update/Create documentation as needed (user guides, admin guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, quick reference guides)
• Set-up, configuration, and support of internal and external networks
• Create and implement router and switch configurations.
• Troubleshooting network performance issues
• Setting up IP schemas for multi-tenant environments
• Configuring physical and virtual switching, routing, and firewall protocols, ports, and services
• Researches, evaluates, and recommends new computer network equipment and technologies.
• Utilizes monitoring, performance analysis, network management, software and hardware equipment to trouble shoot and isolate problems, gauge network performance, and trace data and protocol activity.
• Develops and executes contingency plans for network software and hardware failures including isolated and major outages.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience with a BS/BA degree, minimum of eleven (11) years of experience with an associate degree, and a minimum of thirteen (13) years of experience with a HS diploma.
• Experience planning, directing, or coordinating operations and functionalities of virtual networks and environments.
• Experience in managing DEVSECOPS environments for software product development, integration, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM or Business Administration.
• Cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Google, Azure solution architect certifications)
• Experience in managing a team of systems administrators and environment managers.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

• Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment within the NCR
• Ability to travel within the NCR to visit various physical customer locations.
