PMO Analyst

The Global Infrastructure & Operations Department (GIO) was created to enable high speed execution of the Group’s IT transformation projects and to run global services. GIO is part of the Air Liquide IT legal entity. It delivers infrastructure s
ervices to our BIS (Business Information System) customers world wide.
The Americas Hub team within GIO is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all GIO services to its customers across all the Americas (through the 3 Clusters: North America, Latin America, Airgas) and their respective entities, encompassing more than 25,000 employees.

Within the GIO entity, the Business Partner & PMO Service Line is the initial point of contact for internal BIS customers seeking GIO service offerings. The services provided include Demand Management, Infrastructure Project Management and Infrastructure Merger and Integrations Coordination.

Within this team, the Project Analyst will support the portfolio manager, the PMO lead and project managers to execute the demand triage, produce reporting & data analysis and support process standardization to ensure successful execution of projects and demands.

Responsible for the demand triages, coordination of quotations, data analysis and report update the Project Analyst serves as the primary contact point for the screening phase, resolving or facilitating resolution of issues and communicating demand statuses. Specific responsibilities include (but are not
limited to) the following:
Demand Triage
The Project Analyst is responsible for the coordination of demands quotation with Service Line Coordinators and will be assigned demands to execute as per the standardized demand management process.

This process includes:
● understanding specific demand requirements
● involving the appropriate service line in the demands
● liaising with solution architects
● providing support for demand creation
● documenting and communicating risks and issues as needed to customers, SL teams, and the PMO
● updating the ITSM tool with updated statuses as required

Data Analysis & Reporting The Project Analyst will be responsible for the production and updates of operational reports and dashboards. The Project Analyst will be responsible for the following:
● producing monthly invoices and financial reports
● producing weekly operational reports and dashboard
● follow-up with GIO teams to ensure that all reports are fully updated.
● conducting project financial audit

Process standardization The Project Analyst will participate in the continuous improvement initiative.

The Project Analyst will be
responsible for the following:
● Process documentation
● Training preparation

Are you a MATCH?

General Requirements
● Bachelor Degree in business, management, finance, IT or any relevant field.
● 2 - 5 years in a similar role
● Fluency in English (French is an asset)
● Proficiency in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as Microsoft Excel.
Critical competencies
● Customer and Service Oriented: Answers customer requests, is attentive with customers, respects commitments towards customers and initiates new ideas in order to meet customerexpectations.
● Ability to communicate with Service Line Demand Coordinators in order to gather required data in a timely manner as well as present relevant information when required.

● Ability to work autonomously, in a remote environment within a matrix organization of a large multinational company.
● Ability to function in a team environment with extensive flexibility and limited supervision; must be a driven self-motivator.

● Strong listening and dialogue skills to understand needs and problems encountered by users
● Flexibility to accommodate financial planning, reporting, and monthly close deadlines.
