- Hands on experience with Installation, testing & Commissioning of CCTV, Access, BMS, Fire alarm Systems.
- Certifications for Commissioning of Security and Fire detections systems.
- Hands on experience in Project Management, Vendor Management for Fitout, Global Customer, Key accounts, Pharma & Healthcare industries
- Coordinate for site clearance. Highlight the dependencies in site meetings and follow-up for clearances. Call for daily standup coordination short meetings with PMC, Customer if dependencies are not cleared after repeated follow-ups
- Ensure Subcon productivity and manpower requirement at site is in line with project schedule. Highlight timely to PM/AOM for any increase in manpower to ensure timeline is met. Escalate to next level (ROM/RGM/NOM)if request is not addressed.
- Mandatorily WPR report to be sent to customer /PMC every week clearly highlighting project progress for last week and plan for next week. Highlight site dependencies very clearly and if possible on email body. If project specific - DPR to be prepared and sent daily.
