About the Role

Involve in delivery and implementation of strategic & BAU initiatives in the areas of requirements, UAT and post implementation support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Actively involved in the delivery and implementation of critical initiatives and BAU improvements requested by the business.
• Lead discussions with the business on understanding the processes and detail the rules and improvements that are needed.
• Prepare and review the business requirements that are comprehensive, and they meet the business needs taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs.
• Evaluate alternative high-level solutions with Information Technology and make appropriate recommendations to the users.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct/review UAT and responsible for UAT sign off.
• Collaborate and prioritise the changes with the users and other key partners if there are gaps in business requirements so that the agreed launch timeline will not be impacted.
• Participate and chip in ideas and solutions to the overall planning/re-planning of the project timeline and resources, effective supervising the project status and plans.
• Provide mentorship to Support Specialist.
• Prepare/Review training materials.
• Actively seek continuous improvements in their area of expertise so that they continue to be relevant to the business.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Degree Holder preferably in Business IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-5 years working experience, preferably in the area of business analysis / digital implementation.
• Meticulous and able to handle priorities to meet deadlines (timeliness of completion of work you're doing).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in engaging key partners (effective customer management).
• Digitally-savvy with a passion for optimizing digital experiences.
• Positive mentality and having the willingness to share and learn.
• The ability to work under stress with minimal guidance and is a teammate.
• The ability to achieve planned benefits realization.
• Effective problem solving through self or with teams.
