Operations and Mission Assurance Analyst

As an Operations and Mission Assurance Analyst you will bring experience in developing solutions to global crisis, contingency planning, and mission assurance in support of II Marine Expeditionary Force's current operations across the globe. You will apply analytical rigor to determining mission requirements informing the development and sustainment of a crisis response capability in support of National Defense Strategy objectives.

Work with leadership to identify and plan resources to timely allocate staff expertise and material at the strategic and operational level. Engage with exercise and training planners to integrate mission assurance and current operations while coordinating with other DoD stakeholders to prioritize resource allocation.

Work with our team to implement and manage a force development and employment program to meet the nation's global needs.

You Have:

  • Experience with operating in a tactical and operational level command post

  • Experience with global force management at the component, Combatant Command, or Joint Staff level

  • Experience with reviewing operational requirements for military forces, planning mission assurance requirements, conducting feasibility assessments (FA), and developing sourcing recommendations

  • Knowledge of DoD missions, functions, and interrelationships between the DoD, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and the interagency community to develop and implement command-wide policies, programs, procedures, and strategies for global force management

  • Knowledge of USMC force posture, capabilities, and enablers in support of DoD resource allocation

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with C2PC
  • Knowledge of Joint Operations Planning and Execution Systems (JOPES) software, Joint Combined Requirements Management (JCRM), or Logbook system
  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
