Partner with the best

As a Team Leader - Automation & Control, Engineering Management, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the team to establish and maintain consistency of manufacturing of Masoneilan smart instrumentation product in multiple global sites, and manages changes throughout the system life cycle.
• Leading the team to develop the new products including electronic, mechanical and instrumentation design, development and validation.
• Managing instrumentation and flow labs including establishing new test facilities and maintaining the lab equipment's.
• Leading the team to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
• Developing operational plan for the own department.
• Making sure the department is engaged in customizing projects to client needs.
• Conveying technical information both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.
• Making sure department has a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.
• Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 10 to 14 years of Overall Experience in controls and Instrumentation including design of Instrumentations
