We're currently recruiting for an Entry Level Financial Analyst to join the growing team at our Dublin, Ireland HQ in Leopardstown. The position is on a Permanent basis, offering hybrid working and a competitive compensation package.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate, who is enthusiastic, driven & motivated to kick start their career in Finance & Accounting within a global multinational organization, that offers structured career growth & advancement.

The Finance Analyst positions duties include:

• Partner with clinical colleagues (Project Managers) ,and work with senior executives across the business.

• Review & interpret monthly results (financial & operational) to identify, communicate and agree on necessary actions with operational teams, to achieve quarterly budget targets.

• Support various internal groups.

• Partnering our operations colleagues on the financial delivery of a portfolio of business

• Ownership across the OTC functions and reporting of monthly Revenue, tracking performance to forecast

• Providing monthly/quarterly reporting both internally and externally

• Supporting our commercial functions on the delivery of business and new contracts

To be considered for the Financial Analyst position, you'll need:

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Sciences is beneficial).

• Work experience ideally in finance & accounting (placement year is also beneficial but not essential)

• Enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with your business partners.

• Analytically minded and have an aptitude for problem-solving.

• Have an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy and enjoy engaging with business partners.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
