As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our product that aids individuals shape and track their professional goals. Your work will directly impact our users by providing them with a seamless and intuitive interface. You will be responsible for:

• Shaping a product that helps people develop in their career and keep track of their professional goals
• Working in a highly collaborative cross-functional team
• Sharing your technical expertise and insights to enhance team performance
• Maintaining and enhancing the codebase to ensure scalability and reliability

You have

• Experience building multilingual, accessible web-based applications
• Proficiency in Typescript, React, and frontend patterns/architecture

You are

• A proactive and clear communicator who values empathy and kindness
• Capable of articulating your ideas and feelings when writing or speaking, and open to the perspectives others bring
• Experienced in working well in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment
• Focused on customer and product thinking, always considering how your work impacts our customers and improves their experience
