Backend Engineer

As a young company based in Hamburg’s beautiful Speicherstadt, we are on a mission to transform the transportation and logistics industry. • Manage and maintain internal services built using Python Flask and MS SQL.
• Setup and manage cloud-based services in Microsoft Azure.
• Design, expand, and optimize backend services for internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of service and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs and improve internal processes and tools.
• 3+ years of experience with Python FastAPI (or Flask) and working with SQL, ideally MS SQL
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Experience in App Service backend development.
• Familiarity with load distribution and maintaining stability in high-traffic applications.
