Job Description:

Job Description: Broadcom ASIC Product Development team is looking for a NPI Product Development Engineer who is interested in working on leading-edge ASIC products, supplier sourcing, debugging and solving technical issues and delivering the best products to the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Strong skills in negotiating price and capacity with the suppliers.
• Driving and tracking the manufacturing capabilities of the suppliers.
• Deep understand of the HBM manufacturing flow and constrains.
• Fast pickup on new product development through the entire lifecycle and understand the requirement.
• Working with worldwide cross-functional teams including design, test, and manufacturing to the suppliers meeting/exceeding the requirements.
• Ensures supply quality and drive for improvements
• Manages project risk, anticipates issues, and able to address and resolve complex problems.
• Creates innovative solutions to achieve the highest quality for given cost constraints.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Semiconductor industry experience and sourcing.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process.
• Experience in troubleshooting, managing external customers.
• Strong problem-solving ability and prioritization ability.

Preferred qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Logistic constraints.
• Basic knowledge of ATE and DFT (Design For Test).

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $182,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
