Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation workflows and integrations to streamline processes and improve manual operational efficiency.
• Develop, design and lead integrations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to identify material for daily operation execution activities
• Conduct data analysis using tools like Tableau, Power BI to extract insights and make data- driven decisions
• Design, define and implement new standards documents for internal/ sites with appropriate processes and work instructions
• Be a subject matter expert (SME) in manage Excursion Containment in worldwide sites
• Attend Material Review Board (MRBs) for containment implementation
• Analyze data, information and business requirements for containment purposes using the appropriate tools and software examples Lot Trace, GES, tableau, Global Lot Locator
• Lead and participate actively in Fuse sort/rescreen meeting for disposition
• Actively collaborate in pre-release activities for Unqualified material Analyze and Improve Processes used for Product Qualification
• Lead or participate in process improvement efforts related to Containment and Release of QA hold material Educate and Enable Others in Use of Containment Systems
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings, and activities about current and solves complex problems and seeks guidance for problems of a highly complex containment/ disposition activities
• Release material (Material is qualified, Excursion is released, Conversion wave is released, Reticle wave is released, QA Work Request is released)
• Achieve Quick TAT of release of material upon dispositions
• Recommend and conduct cross-training opportunities for all groups if necessary

Job Requirement

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or study
• Minimum 6 years experience in any of the Frontend or Backend Operations related to duties and responsibilities in semiconductors is preferred
• Strong proficiency in any programming language, Tableau, Power BI or others data visualization tools for automation
• Self-motivated and service oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Capable of working under tight deadlines effectively independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
