Staff Software Engineer UWB

• Responsible for architecting the UWB software
• Apply system design and characterization knowledge towards addressing industry conformance, regulatory compliance, and use case performance requirements in the end products
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality, stability, and performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, collaborating with hardware and system engineers as needed.
• Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including customers, application development teams, and management.
• Collaborate in optimizing product performance across hardware, firmware, software and algorithms

Requirements

• Knowledge on UWB standards defined by organizations such as Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC), FiRa Consortium and IEEE 802.15.4
• Knowledge on Cryptography, RTOS, I2C, SPI, CAN, ARM MCUs.
• Knowledge of Automotive software development process (ASPICE)
• Knowledge of RADAR is preferable.
• Good interpersonal skills and well versed in English langua-87Ige both written and spoken
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of solid expertise in UWB Software
• BLE and NFC software experience is a plus
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++ and Python.
• Experience with software development tools, such as Git, SVN etc.
