Our Client - a well established global brand from Israel, operating for more than 100 years in the beverage industry with special focus on sparkling beverages is seeking a skilled and experienced:
NetSuite Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. You will work closely with various business units to understand their processes and requirements and then implement and support solutions within NetSuite to meet those needs.
Role
- Configure and customize NetSuite to support business operations and streamline processes,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements,
- Design and implement custom scripts, workflows, and saved searches to enhance NetSuite functionality,
- Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, and ensure data accuracy and integrity,
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize system adoption,
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise,
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision-making,
- Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements,
- Assist in system integration projects with other enterprise software,
- Document system changes, configurations, and best practices.
Key competences
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Analyst,
- NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus,
- Proficient in NetSuite ERP administration, including custom fields, workflows, scripting, and saved searches,
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues,
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams,
- Experience with system integration and data migration projects is a plus,
- Knowledge of SQL and SuiteScript is a plus.
