Our Client, a dynamic and rapidly growing global pharma company, is seeking an experienced

Veeva CRM Data Excellence Analyst

full time,

this position can be located in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary or Romania and will require some business travel.

Role

The position is responsible for assisting the Director of KAM and FFE in driving strategy and execution of Field Force Excellence (including Medical and Commercial), Key Account Management, Incentive Compensation, Systems Management and Training initiatives. The this includes:

  • Defining Field Force and Key Account Management strategies
  • Supporting countries in operational roll-out of above (in collaboration with other functions)
  • Developing and operationalizing robust and consistent FF activity reports and dashboards
  • Monitoring the performance of both initiatives and operational KPIs
  • Developing and/or enhancing Incentive Compensation schemes and drive end-to-end process in collaboration with HR, Finance, Compliance and local teams
  • Administering cycle-based incentive compensation

Responsibiities

Assist Director of FFE & KAM in the following areas:

Veeva CRM:

  • Act as a liaison with Veeva CRM Support to develop new / modify existing reports to reflect business needs
  • Oversee entire Commercial Excellence cycle (Territory Management, HCP Profiling, Segmentation, Key Messages, Multi-Channel Cycle Plan, Key Account Management) from an operational perspective
  • Design and introduce (as required) new data structures in Veeva CRM in order to enable efficient Commercial and Medical activities
  • Manage day-to-day CRM issues in collaboration with CRM Support, ensuring high end-user satisfaction

Business Intelligence:

  • Design and implement Commercial and Medical activity dashboards that reflect both Global and Country needs in Qliksense
  • Incentive Compensation:
  • Drive, together with FP&A and HR, the bi-annual incentive compensation process
  • Prepare user activity reports used in incentive compensation calculations

Business Improvement Projects:

  • Assist in preparing and conducting Business Improvement workshops with Global/Country participants, effectively driving toward actionable conclusions and implementation. This includes:
  • Assisting in preparation of framework and content of the workshops
  • Facilitating workshops
  • Summarize findings/decisions/next steps

Drive implementation of business improvement projects, including:

  • For CRM/BI-related improvements: drive changes/enhancements/improvement to the Veeva CRM and BI reporting systems
  • For business process-related improvements: document processes, prepare and conduct user training

Key competences

  • Deep knowledge of Veeva CRM structures/system/user experience
  • Deep understanding of relational databases and CRM systems
  • Track record of developing reports/dashboards in both Veeva CRM and Qliksense BI
  • High analytical ability (managing complex data sets)
  • Intellectual curiosity to sanity check figures and understand what is behind them
  • Track record of driving implementation of improvement initiatives in Pharma/Biotech
  • Ideally, experience in and understanding of Commercial and Medical field activities
  • Ideally, track record of leading commercial/medical effectiveness projects in the Pharma / Biotech industry
  • Ideally, track record of structuring, facilitating improvement workshops in commercial/medical arena of Pharma/Biotech industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data science, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in sales operations (incentive compensation calculations/administration) and CRM management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (minimum 4 years)
  • Strong end-customer orientation, problem solving and can-do attitude
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role
