About the Role

An educational technology company is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to establish and manage their social media presence in the Indonesian market. This remote, contract-based position offers an excellent opportunity for a beginner to mid-level professional to grow with a dynamic company in the ed-tech space. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building the company's brand awareness and engagement within Indonesia through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy tailored to the Indonesian market
• Create and manage social media accounts across relevant platforms
• Produce engaging content using Canva and other design tools
• Schedule and publish regular posts to maintain an active online presence
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, preferably for the Indonesian market
• Proficiency in using Canva for creating visual content
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
