Strategy Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluates and distills analyses conducted by other departments and/or outside consultants.
• Supporting enterprise priorities, initiatives and projects as well as to identifying key business issues, outlining strategic alternatives and recommending action plans.
• Assessing firm-specific fundamentals including financial, operational, product and customer base analyses; assessing their wider commercial and strategic environment including industry structure and trends, market forces and competitor benchmarking.
• Developing presentations to report findings, interpret data analysis, and make recommendations based on results

Job Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

• 1 year - Valuation experience with discounted cash flow analysis, precedent transactions and comparable company analysis
• 3 years - Experience in corporate development, consulting, strategic planning or investment banking

Skills\Certifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated familiarity with financial concepts, including ROI and pro forma modeling
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, with strong abilities in relationship management

- Minimum of 2 visits onsite to Cameron Hill campus each week

- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
