We are currently seeking a Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a freelance, remote basis. In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, engaging with candidates and helping them find positions that align with their skills and aspirations. Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide candidates with information about job opportunities, company cultures, and interview processes.
• Assist in the scheduling of interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Gather feedback from interviews and communicate outcomes to candidates promptly.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidates and roles.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
• Motivated and driven to succeed in a freelance position.
