Senior Oracle Developer

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Application Developer to support the full system development life cycle (SDLC) and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), specifically focusing on Oracle Financials.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Oracle Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration (CEMLI) modifications and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms, and Reports with Oracle Database (DB) 12c or later.
• Work with the Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and have a strong understanding of Oracle Workflow and concurrent programs.
• Collaborate with team members to understand system design and functions, supporting the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop system design specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
• Develop, modify, and unit test program code according to system design and coding standards with minimal supervision.
• Perform code and peer reviews and participate in other review sessions.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing of Oracle applications.
• Create and maintain project artifacts as needed to support the project.
• Provide technological solutions to meet client demands and identify process improvements for business functions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Degree with 7+ years of hands-on technical development experience supporting and implementing Oracle EBS and Oracle Financials; experience with other Oracle EBS modules and applications is a plus.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow development (customizations and extensions).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments efficiently.
• Strong technical knowledge of OAF development, including experience with CEMLIs.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with team members and business stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills.
• Familiarity with Solutions Business Manager (SBM), Jira, GitLab, and other version management tools is a plus.
• Experience with APEX and OBIEE or Oracle Analytics is a plus.
